One year ago today, I posted one of my earliest podcast episodes by interviewing one of my favorite customer experience authors, Shep Hyken.
While I am the authority on getting great guest reviews, was a total novice at podcasting, so it was an incredible kindness for him to join one of my first attempts!
Even better, after our recording, Shep was gracious enough to then invite me to be a featured guest on Shep Hyken's Business Radio which was a wonderful way to start out 2021.
